We usually start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.  Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched by the Royal Mail 2nd class Signed For for UK orders and Royal Mail's International Priority for overseas orders.

This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on the way.

Delivery times are approximate and are frequently quicker. Orders made on a Friday evening for instance won't be processed until Monday morning, but orders made on a Monday evening will be processed on the Tuesday morning, hence delivery time will be quicker. We endeavour to process and despatch orders within 48 hours.


International buyers please be aware that we have no control over local delivery services. Delays may be due to customs checks slow local delivery services ,bad weather conditions or busy periods of the year i.e. Christmas, holiday etc.

Sometimes customs and national delivery services (Royal Mail passes parcels  onto your country's national postal service) can cause unexpected delays.

Please note we do our best to provide you a quick and efficient service but sometimes delays can occur.

If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient and give it a few of days and your order will be there before you know it.

You've given it a few of days and the situation remains so just follow these steps:

1 - Check the delivery address of the order. You can do this by clicking “MY ACCOUNT”, then navigate to your order and hit the “view order details”.

2 - Check that you have not been left a red card from mail through your letter box stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It's also a good idea to check with neighbours and places around your property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
